Of course once we pull through winter, it will be time for the spring and early summer festivals and expos.

I am planning to exhibit at the Green Festival again, along with the Metropolis Green Fest, and am looking to attend for the 1st time the Whole Life Expo.

It’s been great meeting so many new people the last two months.

It was great to sell out the Dabble Book Planter class, and the Dabble Liquor Bottle class had 9 awesome attendees.

The craft show at Mrs. Murphy’s & Sons had a great turn out, and the live band was an awesome addition. I look forward to doing the Late Late Craft Show next year again in Lincoln Square!

This year was my 2nd year up in Skokie at Beth Temple Israel, and the ladies who run the show, and the community who support the Temple were just so warm and inviting. I got to see the faces of so many people from last year, and show off a number of new terrariums! I will definitely be back at Beth Temple Israel next year.

This past week I just finished hosting the 2nd Annual Pop Up Art Show: 7 Artisans, 1 Apartment. While we did not get as big of a turn out as we had last year, it was still a lot of fun to use my home as a place to bring artisans, the Andersonville community, and our personal networks together for a night of shopping, music, wine, food, and chatting. Special shout out to the Chicago Creative Social Club for posting my event on their Meetup group (over 2500 members, very active and diverse membership). Next year I’ll be hosting the 3rd annual, but in a one bedroom apartment–we will have to get very creative then
